What are your rates?

Both in-person and online sessions are set between $180-$220 for 50-minute sessions (dependent on practitioner)

Can I bill directly to insurance?

We do offer some direct billing and are in network with some insurance providers. Check with us and we will let you know which ones we are in network with.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card and zelle

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For any missed or late cancellations, the full fee will be charged to your credit card, which will be on file. At any point within the 24 hour window, you can change to a virtual appointment, should that be a preference for you.
For our groups and workshops, payment is due upon registration to secure and spot, and we do not issue refunds.

Text messaging when scheduling appointments

Although we may use text messaging for scheduling/billing, we will always ask for your permission first and we will not communicate clinical issues via text in accordance with Hippa. Please note no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
